Save It

Save Directly To Cabinets

FileCenter can replace the Save dialogs of most Windows applications. This integration lets you save files directly into FileCenter, making it easy to organize all of your data into one central location.

This integration is enabled by default for many common applications, such as Microsoft Office, Corel Office, Open Office, web browsers, and e-mail clients. This feature is easily turned on for other applications too, or it can be disabled on an application-by-application basis or globally. You can also temporarily revert to a program's native Save dialog box on-the-fly.

Save Files in Native Format

FileCenter supports every file format without modification or conversion. Files can be saved directly into FileCenter from most applications. In addition, files opened from FileCenter will open in their native application.

Establish Automatic Naming Conventions

Reduce repetitive file naming and standardize file names using FileCenter's convenient naming options. Every save and rename dialog in FileCenter allows you to pick a predefined file name from a list of suggestions. These suggested filenames are completely customizable and support many dynamic fields, such as date stamps and client/customer names. In FileCenter, file naming can be reduced to a mouse-click.

Feature Highlight – Explorer Integration

Not only does FileCenter provide an Explorer View in addition to its own Cabinet View, it also integrates all of your Windows Explorer right-click menus. Many programs add nice shortcuts to Windows Explorer. All of these are available in FileCenter!
