I use FileCenter as my main "go to" program! It lists all my clients, and I can easily see what's in their files. FileCenter is the best program for organizing my "paperless office. Even though I have a good case management program, the ability of FileCenter to allow me to organize and see all of the documents in my clients' files is great. The system is user friendly, and has allowed us to move documents from print to electronic version quickly, and with simplicity. WOW, great software. I have been able to shrink the amount of file cabinets in our office considerably. I love the layout and the organization. FileCenter thinks like I do. FileCenter's organization is so easy to understand. I find myself going where I want without even thinking. Windows Explorer has always been intimidating. I love that FileCenter lets me look at my business files and ignore everything else. I can't tell you how many Windows Explorer replacements I've looked at. FileCenter is the first one to actually offer better organization and not just a thousand bells and whistles on the same layout. I live with the FileCenter preview window open. I can't tell you what a valuable feature that is. I have encrypted all of my confidential client files. I like knowing that whatever happens to my computer, my confidential files are protected. We have made a drawer layout for all of our business clients. When a new client walks through the door, the new drawer is ready to go before they leave the reception area. What a timesaver. FileCenter's network recycle bin saved my hide today. I can't tell you how many times network files have been deleted accidentally. Now I can actually get them back! Your save and open dialogs are the creme de la creme. Always saving and opening using FileCenter helps me more than I can say. I'm so glad there's software an old fart like me can use and understand. I can't fathom computers, but FileCenter makes sense. I used to scan one page at a time into Word. I've started scanning whole stacks. Maybe we can go paperless. I scanned two whole filing cabinets Saturday. The attorney was thrilled. I'm sure there's tons of features we haven't discovered. But your separators have changed our lives all by themselves. We started using the scanner on our office multifunction. Easy to do with your software. Searchable PDF is the way to go. My scanner made PDFs, but not searchable ones. Good work. You weren't kidding when you said one-button scanning. We use routing separators and a network scanner. Scanning's as easy as making copies. I doubt I'll ever go completely paperless, but I'm surprized how much paper I've cut back on. Scanning's really easy. The fastest route from paper documents to computer PDF files. Easy enough for my teenage daughter who helps around the office. It is so much quicker bringing up electronic files than paper. When a client calls, I've got the document in front of me in seconds. |
