Technical Support

Send us an e-mail. All support issues must be submitted through our ticketing system. This is to make sure that all issues are properly tracked and resolved. Initiate a ticket by sending a detailed description of the problem to:

Support Advisories:

I updated FileCenter, and scanning stopped working.

You need to also update FilePDF (download).
