FileCenter, FilePDF, and FileConvert Setup Files

Use these files to reinstall or update your program. You can safely install over the top of an existing installation.

Notes:

• Use the same setup file for updating your product or for installing it fresh.
• Use the same setup file for both Standard and Professional versions.
• These updates can be installed on top of your current installation. It is not necessary to uninstall.
• If you are installing on a new computer, you will need your Product Key. If you have lost your key, contact Customer Service.

Easy Lucion Software Updates:

You can automatically update your Lucion software from within the program. (Do not use for FileBackup; see below)

• Make sure that you are connected to the Internet
• Select the Help menu in your Lucion product
• Select Check for Updates
• Follow the prompts
• Repeat this procedure for each Lucion product

Updates

FileBackup will always remain current as long as you are backing up regularly. When an update or patch is available, it gets downloaded and installed automatically as part of the backup process.

If you need to reinstall a registered version of FileBackup (not a trial version), use the setup file below. If reinstalling, use the Getting Started Guide to help you install the software and connect to your account.
