Whitelist FileCenter in Antivirus Programs
Problem
Some antivirus programs interfere with the FileCenter's functionality. This applies to all of the programs.
Solution
All antivirus programs feature a way to "whitelist" other programs. This effectively tells them to ignore the program. Below we've listed whitelisting instructions for a few of the most common antivirus providers.
You should whitelist the following paths and files, if they exist:
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileCenter
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Receipts*
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileCenter\Main\FileCenterAgent.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileCenter\Main\FileCenterInjector32.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileCenter\Main\FileCenterInjector64.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileCenter\Main\FileCenterReceipts.exe
*This is the default location for your receipt boxes. If you have receipt boxes in other folders, add those as well.
