FileCenter is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors. In order to provide a safe, secure experience, we will make every effort to ensure that the information you give us remains private, and is used only for the purposes described below.

Information Collected

FileCenter may collect the following types of information:

Cookies
FileCenter makes minimal use of cookies. Certain anonymous, internal cookies are critical to site function. These cookies do not store any information about the user, not even the user's IP address. If cookies are disabled, certain parts of the site will not function properly.
Anonymous, Statistical Information
FileCenter gathers anonymous, collective information about site visitors for analytical purposes, such as which areas of the site are visited most often. This aggregated data helps us determine how we can best attract and interact with site visitors. If you don't wish to participate in providing this data, see Opting Out below.
Personal Information
If you request trial software or a call-back through one of our web forms, or if you purchase software from us, we will collect and store certain personal information: your name, phone number, email address, and IP address. By submitting this information to us, you consent to allow us to store it.
If you purchase software or services from us, we will also store certain transaction information and data about the products or services you purchased. We do not, however, store any credit card or bank account information.

Safeguarding Your Personal Information

FileCenter does not share personal information. We will not sell, share or distribute your personal information with any third party, including resellers or partners.

Any time we collect personal or transactional information from you, we do it through an encrypted connection to prevent outside sources from intercepting your information.

We use your personal information internally to contact you when necessary (e.g. for service bulletins, billing issues, or to send product updates), and also to send you newsletters, offers, and promotional material. You are at liberty to opt out of any these non-essential mailings. See Opting Out below.

Personal information is stored securely on the Salesforce platform. See trust.salesforce.com for details on the security measures that Salesforce keeps in place.

For the FileCenter Client Portal, minimal personal information such as email addresses and uploaded documents are stored on Amazon's AWS platform which is ISO 27001, SAS70, HIPAA, NIST, and GDPR compliant and which complies with US federal government and EU customer requirements by being FISMA, FIPs, PCI, and GDPR certified.

Use the options below to opt out of anonymous data collection and to unsubscribe from promotional or informative emails. Note that for customers, we may continue to send you customer-specific emails about the products or services you've purchased.
